Thomas Moore is a North Carolina Dispute Resolution certified mediator trained to handle Superior Court and Workers’ Compensation matters.  He is a highly skilled professional that has handled mediations around the State in a variety of capacities. 

In his practice as an attorney he has handled jury trials, arbitrations, Workers’ Compensation hearings and mediations. These experiences give him valu­able perspectives on the cases he mediates.

In his work as a lobbyist Thomas regularly participates in high level negotia­tions on a myriad of issues. These matters require that he bring parties together ranging from associations, corporations, legislators, and non-profits in order to best serve all interests. Thomas is able to deliver level headed and creative thinking to any conflict and has the dedication to reach a solution.
